恩施晚报讯（通讯员张同和 黄翔 实习生丘艳鸣）7月19日，恩施市“两违”清理整顿办公室、舞阳坝街道办事处组织城管、公安、国土、食药监、交警、工商、供水供电供气等部门力量，依法对七里坪高速公路出口至金桂大道连接线展开“两违”整治。

舞阳坝街道办事处七里坪高速公路出口至金桂大道连接线由于地处交通要道，人流车流量大，少数人看到其中“商机”，于是在道路附近私搭乱建“两违”建筑，从事餐饮、二手车交易、汽车修理、市政设施销售等经营活动，不仅严重影响城市形象，也给附近居民生活出行带来了不便。有外地游客戏称，在恩施的高速公路上到处都可以看到蓝天青山的美景，但是从七里坪高速公路出口下来后至金桂大道连接线，沿路众多破旧低矮、卫生环境脏乱差的“两违”建筑，给人感觉仿佛“一夜回到旧社会”。

为保护和改善城市生态环境，建设生态宜居园林城市，进一步深化“六城”同创，恩施市委、市政府决定对七里坪高速公路出口至金桂大道连接线展开为期一个月的“两违”整治。恩施市“两违”清理整顿办公室、舞阳坝街道办事处提前通过媒体等渠道展开政策宣传，对该路段附近“两违”建筑进行摸排，做好调查取证，完善法律程序。对严重影响城市规划、市容市貌、公共安全，群众反映强烈的违建对象，及时立案调查，耐心细致做好思想教育工作，引导督促当事人自行拆除，对逾期不拆除的，依法进行强制拆除，19日当天依法拆4000平方米的“两违”建筑。“私搭乱建带来了乱停乱放、乱扔乱倒，是该好好治理一下了！”在道路附近的板桥小区，不少住户对整治表示支持。

同时，恩施市委、市政府已安排市住建局完善七里坪高速公路出口至金桂大道连接线道路基础设施的总体规划，要求市园林局抓紧对道路两侧50米之内进行绿化建设，预计在半年内可以完成绿化工作，还绿于民、造福群众。
